Initially part of the combined design-marketing team, I transitioned to the newly formed product team as the company grew, focusing on improving user experience and product design. Contribution 🤝 • Rebranding and UI Library Update: Improved the UI library with accessibility in mind by refining color choices using WebAIM guidelines and establishing best-practice rules for consistenty throughout Tyk's products and website. • Tyk.io Homepage Refresh: Addressed high drop-off rates by analyzing heatmaps (hotjar) and client interviews. Reorganized content to highlight key information and features. • Tyk Portal Design: Focused on a developer-first experience by understanding their workflows and needs, creating an intuitive and efficient platform for users of all company sizes.
